FAH 101 Reservation Form for Student Recitals

Please read the following Instructions Carefully

• Check the Music Production Calendar
• Consult with your Studio Teacher and Accompanist prior to selecting possible dates.
  • Juniors MUST perform Dual Recitals with another student.
  • All Recitals and Dress Rehearsals must be completed within 90 minutes
  • In addition to a Dress Rehearsal, you will be given 30-60 minutes to prepare in the hall before your recital.
• Choose three possible rehearsal dates and three possible recital dates.
• Fill out this form completely
• You will receive an email confirming your recital date within 10 days of submission.
